Human Resources referred the client for professional support due to delivery of a stillborn. The assessment session was conducted by our Managerial specialist to determine multi-pronged approach for counseling and coaching.
The Managerial Specialist provided support for return to work; whereas our MCH specialist provided support related to overall health and wellbeing and included emotional support & counseling of the client and partner.
The client has reported progress and satisfaction with the professional support.
